Laurel joins The Clamp Company with experience in social media management, marketing, local partnerships, and public relations. In this role, she will help strengthen brand awareness, support company communications, and assist with marketing efforts that promote The Clamp Company’s continued growth.

James Taupeka – Inventory Manager
James joins The Clamp Company with experience in logistics coordination, operations, and supply chain planning. In his role, he supports inventory management, quality control, and purchasing efforts to help maintain efficient operations and keep the company running smoothly.

Bill Jarrell – Director of Market Development
Bill joins The Clamp Company as Director of Market Development, bringing decades of experience in fluid power, hydraulics, and industrial distribution. Throughout his career, he has led business development, operations, and sales strategy while building long-standing relationships across the hydraulic, industrial, and instrumentation markets. In his role, Bill focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening distributor and OEM partnerships, and helping customers find high-quality clamping solutions for real-world applications.
